Annika earned her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University in 2017 with a Certificate in Child and Adolescent Counseling. Annika is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Colorado. Annika is also certified in Equine Counseling and is a PATH Therapeutic Riding Instructor as she served as the Program Director of Special Equestrians of Georgia before coming to Colorado. Annika has experience working in multiple different settings including schools, office and in-home as well as supporting clients with DHS through her previous position as Family Treatment Drug Court Supervisor with Savio House.
In her continuing education, Annika has focused on refining her skills and understanding of Neurodevelopmental disabilities such as Autism, IDD and ADHD. In client sessions she uses an active approach when it comes to supporting her clients in learning different skills such as emotional regulation or assertive communication and pays close attention to the individual connection between body, mind, and soul. In her free time, Annika enjoys riding her horses, hiking, going to church, and spending time with her family. Annika is offering in-person and Teletherapy appointments.
Allie graduated in 2022 from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a Masters in Counseling with a concentration in art therapy and clinical mental health. Allie uses an electric, affirming approach to therapy, and approaches used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches. Allie offers art therapy as an approach, and no artistic skills are required to participate in art therapy.
Art therapy can be a unique way of processing experiences, strengthening skills in flexible thinking and problem-solving, and facilitating regulation. Allie enjoys making art, going hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with her family. Allie has experience with traditional materials such as watercolor, pastels, acrylics, oils, colored pencils, graphite, clay, and 3-dimensional media, as well as nontraditional materials.
She has experience working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with ASD and ADHD. Allie has experience in helping individuals navigate issues of anxiety, depression, divorce, and anger. Allie is passionate about supporting individuals on their unique journey of exploration, discovery, and growth. Allie is offering Teletherapy appointments at this time.
Emily graduated in the Summer of 2024 from the University of Denver with a Master’s in Social Work, specializing in mental health and trauma. She is currently pursuing her SWC (Social Work Candidate) and LSW (Licensed Social Worker) as she works toward accumulating the required hours to obtain her LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

Emily uses a client-centered approach in therapy, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed practices. She has experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and anger and is passionate about helping people understand their mental health. Emily creates a safe space for exploration and growth through open dialogue and inquiry. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her partner and two golden retrievers, reading, running, and traveling. Emily is offering only telehealth therapy appointments at this time.
